So for the most I’ve finished with moving my blogger to wordpress. There’s still a lot to be done with my servers. I now own SourSwinger.name/.com/.org/.info. I wanted to buy more domain names but money is tight right now. To those interested I used GoDaddy. My one uncle and aunt used NetIdentity for their domains. My uncle claimed it’s cheaper and more secure with private data and what not but I found nothing to back that up. I still need to add a statistics software to monitor all traffic. I also want to transfer all my googlepages’ stuff over here as well. Probably get to it during the Xmas break. Right now, I’m about 2 weeks from finals and playing catch up to all the missed work from the last 2 weeks. Funny enough I’m sitting here wasting time. I’ve decided that I will not work this coming summer due to my deployment in fall. I’m also going to overloaded with military training this summer so my time would be limited anyway. Instead, I’m gonna use my free time to work on some minor computer projects with my servers.

Thanksgiving Update

So a lot of not much has been happening the last few weeks. I missed a week of college for some military training. I’m now certified as a level 1 hand to hand combat instructor. Cousin Frank is gonna get demolished now! With any luck I’ll get into the level 2 course in August. Also went down to Arizona for a century bike race with the Brady Bunch. Thanksgiving is going well and will finally see Adam today. With my upcoming deployment in October/November, I went ahead and bought a few domain names and Linux servers. Trying to get it up to speed. I’ve installed WordPress and plan to make a permanent blogging home there, however have had one major delay. I can’t seem to transfer this blog over to my WordPress. From what I researched, I need to get the server admin to recompile the PHP with openSSH support. This may or maynot work. Ultimately since I don’t have much here as is, I may just scratch everything and start over.

If My Son Adum Is Killed

Well my brother has finally returned home from Iraq this past week and everyone (especially his wife) couldn’t be happier. I got talking with Mark this past weekend, and remembered his amazing email he sent out to a portion of the family just prior to Adum’s deployment a little more then a year ago. It was titled, If My Son Adum Is Killed. Amazingly I managed to find it in my old email address. Just a note, Mark literally wrote Fxxk. I didn’t censor it.

My wonderful son US Army Captain Adum, always dedicated and optimistic, deploys to Baghdad Iraq in August.Today on national Public Radio interview with Michael Berg, father of Nick Berg, who head was personally hand sawed off by terrorist al-Zargarwi, Michael blasted President George Bush and not Zargarwi for the brutal death of his son.

Fxxk you Micheal Berg, and fxxk you empathizing soft hearts who simply blame the president and his administration for the evils of the world and the turmoil of the middle east.

Fxxk you Catholic Church of Atlanta that ask me at Sunday Mass to sign a petition to declare the war in Iraq as illegal and unjust…then Adum’s death would be unjust???

Fxxk you all who complain and bicker how horrible and deceiving the president is without ever reading the joint house and senate bill 114 that overwhelmingly passed that listed 19 reasons why we are at war with Iraq and not just the audit failure of weapons of mass destruction.

Fxxk you and your version of Jesus and your interpretation of his love message without ever considering that Jesus had Anger and action in the temple breaking tables and whipping and blasting the hypocrites.

Fxxk you who never considered Lutheran Pastor Dietrich Bonhoeffer who thought it was God’s will to kill Hitler. Oh perhaps we should now start hugging and forgiving evil!!

Fxxk you for blaming everyone else but the evil at hand and the bias in your heart.. If Adum dies trying to protect and secure the people of Iraq and his effort with his soldiers to help ensure that water and sewage and medical care and a fair court system is established in Iraq (just cause?) through a democratic elected government……and you want to blame the administration??

If Adum dies I shall not blame the president but the man who evil efforts took my son’s life!! Who shall you blame?

Mark a registered Democrat who perhaps drank to much tonight

Well to follow suite with the Perl idea, I went ahead a created a MIPS Assembly page. Currently I loaded up one simple program. I have about 4 others I did with the correlating class I took a couple years ago. Its hard to find MIPS examples online and figured this will surely help out someone. Question is, outside of the school environment, how many people really use MIPS?
